Job Vacancy: Employability Trainer
Hours: Full time (35 hours) Fixed Term, Initially fixed term until 31st August 2017, continuation of the post until 31st August 2018, would be subject to performance and funding.
Rate of pay: £20,000 pa.
Place of work: Initially based at Neath YMCA with outreach work across South Wales.
Education: Minimum degree level or relevant experience.
Qualifications: A teaching or training qualification e.g. PGCE, PTLLS, QTLS.
Essential requirements of the role:
•Experience in delivering qualifications to community groups, especially to learner from the ages of 16 and over.
•Experience and knowledge of working within third sector.
•Experience of creating regular reports to be presented to stakeholders.
•An excellent record of achieving KPI's.
•Driving license and car owner.
