Under-12s narrowly miss out at Truce qualifying

Swansea City Under-12s narrowly missed on qualifying for December’s Premier League Truce Tournament finals in Belgium.
The young Swans reached the final of the national qualifiers in Aldershot after an unbeaten run of four games, which included victories over Tottenham and Leicester.
Swansea set-up a final against West Ham but could not get the better of the London side at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, falling to a 1-0 defeat.
The victors head to the Truce Tournament finals in Ypres, Belgium next month to face academy teams from France, Belgium and Germany.
“Despite the disappointment of losing out in the final, it has been a great effort from the team this weekend." Under-12’s Coach Kane Amos said.
"We had some fantastic performances, it was a great learning weekend and I could not be prouder.”
