Swans legend speaks to players at Cwmdu soccer camp
Swansea City Club Ambassador Lee Trundle dropped into Swans development centre at Cwmdu on Friday to speak to children taking part in the half-term soccer camp.
Young players from age five to 13 were thrilled to ask the club legend some questions on his life in football, ranging to who he has played with to what he does for the club now.
Trunds also took time to deliver his healthy eating message and food advice to the children who were keen to know what the best foods to eat before and after a match.
Swans Development coach Darren Jones said: “It is great opportunity to have Lee come down and talk to young players who come and train with us.
“A number of these children aspire to become professional footballers, so if they can hear advice from someone like Lee, it can only help them progress on and off the pitch.
Swans half-term development camps have taken place at Cwmdu, Bridgend, Rhonda and Aberystwyth this week with over 200 children taking part.
